Dear all,
Please note that US employees returning from the affected countries, i.e., all mainland China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Hanoi, Vietnam and Singapore, should use a designated company apartment or office space for 10 consecutive days (including company holiday, Saturday and Sunday) as your temporary workplace. Workstation and computer access to the company network will be arranged. During the period of time, please restrict yourself to entering into company buildings and use E-mail, phone and computer to fulfill demands of daily business communications. Similaryly, overseas employees traveling from affected countries to USA should follow the same as stated above. Opearations Department has arranged two apartments for the purpose.
